🛠️ How We Handle Certification RequestsAs our products are often custom-made, we follow this transparent process:Customer selects the product(s) and required certificationsWe coordinate with the testing lab (SGS, Intertek, etc.) to send samplesTesting is completed within 7–20 business days depending on complexityCertification reports are provided directly from the labTesting fees are covered by the customer or included in the first confirmed order.We do not mark up certification fees – we simply assist you with the process.
